Q1: What is your MOQ?
Answer 2: 50pcs each model while we accept less quantity at the beginning of our cooperation so that you can test our product quality before normal order.


Q2: What type of cartridges you provide and the lifetime?
We provide ceramic cartridges mainly including Spain Sedal & Taiwan KCG Cartridge: 500,000 times open and close.


Q3: What about the delivery time? 
It takes about 15 days for trial order quantity less than 1000pcs. 20ft container is 30-45days; 40ft container is 45-60 days.


Q4: How can we get the sample to check quality? And how many days?
You can order one or few pcs sample to check our product quality firstly. It can be ready within 3 days once we receive the sample payment.


Q5: Do you charge for samples and freight?
As per our company policy, the samples and freight will be on customer's account while sample charges will be returned to you in your First official order.


Q6: Is there cheap shipping cost to import to our country?
For small order, express will be best; For bulk order, sea shipment is the best but takes a longer time; For urgent orders, we suggest by air. 


Q7: Can we get support if we have our own market position?

Q8:  Can your factory print our logo/brand on the product?
